Exciting times are ahead as we gear up for our Annual Meeting of Members on Tuesday, February 13, at 7:30 PM at Robert Frost Elementary. As your community hub, we're thrilled to share the details and encourage your active participation in shaping the future of Kingsgate 3&4.
What to Expect:
The Annual Meeting serves as a platform for vital updates, community discussions, and, most importantly, the election of members to the Board of Trustees. This is your chance to play a significant role in the governance of our community.
Board of Trustees Election:
With nine positions on the board, it's an opportunity for you to step up and make a difference. Current trustees and their roles can be found on our [website](https://www.kingsgate3and4.com/the-board). We anticipate at least one position opening up this year, and we invite you to consider nominating yourself or a fellow community member.
How to Nominate:
If you're interested in serving, submit your nomination by January 31 to Nova at solution.team@novaamp.com. Subject: "Kingsgate 3&4 Board Nomination." Include your name, lot number or address, email, phone number, and up to 150 words on why you are interested in serving. CC: board@kingsgate3and4.com.
Online Voting System:
All nominations received by January 31 will be included in the online voting system. This ensures that even if you can't attend the Annual Meeting in person, your voice is heard in the election process. Stay tuned for the voting opening in early February!
