Kingsgate 3 and 4 residents,
We hope you are all enjoying the summer! As we enter this busy season, we want to make you aware of an important safety concern regarding our community park.
Lately, we have noticed an increase in transients sleeping overnight in the park. While our HOA board is actively working with the police to address this issue and trespass individuals when necessary, we need your help to ensure the safety of our community.
If you visit the park early in the morning, please take a moment to look around and make sure no one is sleeping on the big toy or in other areas of the park. We want to prevent any unexpected encounters, especially for our children who may be eager to start their day with some playtime.
This issue tends to arise every summer, so it’s essential to stay aware of your surroundings during the early hours. Additionally, we are reviewing our security cameras to help us better understand when these incidents occur, but it’s not a perfect science. Your vigilance will help keep our park safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me directly at trustee2@kingsgate3and4.com
Best regards,
Chris Adams
HOA President, Kingsgate 3 and 4
