The following directions will lead you from I-405 or Redmond to the vehicle entrance of the Kingsgate 3 & 4 Park and Pool. You can check the Neighborhood Map below to find other streets. Note that there are certainly other ways to go in each of the cases described. If you want to program your vehicle navigation system, just use the address “11913 NE 142nd Place” in Kirkland, Washington, 98034, which will guide you to roughly the same location.

Northbound I-405 from Bellevue, Kirkland, and Seattle

1. Take exit 20B (NE 124th Street. and Totem Lake Boulevard) off I-405.

2. Follow the right fork of the off-ramp toward Totem Lake Boulevard.

3. At the signal at the bottom of the hill, continue straight ahead onto 120th Avenue NE.

4. Continue straight ahead 0.4 miles to the intersection at NE 132nd Street. You will pass Evergreen Hospital Medical Center on your right.

5. Turn right onto NE 132nd Street. Go 0.4 miles to 124th Avenue NE.

6. Turn left onto 124th Avenue NE.  Go 0.5 miles to NE 142nd Place (second street on the left past the second lighted “Crosswalk” sign over the street).

7. Turn left onto NE 142nd Place.  Go two and one-half blocks. The park entrance is on your left.

Southbound I-405 from Lynnwood and Bothell

1. Take exit 22 (NE 160th Street) off I-405.

2. At the signal at the top of the off-ramp, turn left onto NE 160th Street. Cross over I-405. Go 0.7 miles east to the signal at 124th Avenue NE.

3. Turn right onto 124th Avenue NE. Go 1.0 mile south to NE 142nd Place, which is the second right past the traffic signal at NE 144th Street. You will pass a Safeway shopping center on your left, and the Kingsgate Library on your right.

4. Turn right onto NE 142nd Place.  Go two and one-half blocks. The park entrance is on your left.

From Redmond

1. Go north on Highway 202 (164th Avenue NE, also known as Redmond-Woodinville Road) about 3.5 miles.

2. Turn left (staying on Highway 202) onto NE 145th Street; you’ll see the old Hollywood schoolhouse on the corner.  You will cross over the Sammamish River, and pass the Red Hook Brewery and Columbia Winery on your right.

3. Just past Chateau Ste. Michelle and Columbia Wineries, Highway 202 curves to the right. At that curve, turn left onto NE 145th Street. Follow the road as it winds up the hill about 0.4 miles.

4. At the stop sign at the top of the hill, turn right onto 132nd Avenue NE, and then immediately left onto NE 143rd Street. Continue west on NE 143rd Street, which becomes NE 144th Street, about 0.4 miles. You will pass the fire station on your left, and McDonalds at the Safeway shopping center on your right.

5. At the traffic signal at 124th Avenue NE, turn left.  Go about 0.1 miles to NE 142nd Place. You will pass the Kingsgate Library on your right.

6. Turn right onto NE 142nd Place.  Go two and one-half blocks. The park entrance is on your left.
