The Annual Meeting of Members of the Kingsgate 3&4 Homes Association is coming up on Tuesday, February 11, 7:30PM at Robert Frost Elementary. You’ll be receiving more information about the Meeting soon, including the official meeting notice, agenda, and voting procedures.

The primary business conducted at the Annual Meeting is the election of members of the Board of Trustees of the Association. There are nine positions on the board; current trustees are listed at https://www.kingsgate3and4.com/the-board. Trustees serve three-year terms, with three of the nine positions up for election each year. We anticipate that at least two of the Trustees whose terms are expiring in 2026 will not seek re-election.

To serve on the Board of Trustees, the only qualification is that you be a property owner in Kingsgate 3&4. Of course, it does help if you have some time in your schedule to attend the monthly Board meetings (normally on the 2nd Wednesday evening of each month) and a desire to serve your community in setting the budget and policies for the Association. If you are interested in serving, we invite you to submit a nomination to Nova at solution.team@novaamp.com no later than January 30. Your nomination email should have “Kingsgate 3&4 Board Nomination” on the subject line, and should include your name, lot number or address, email address, phone number, and up to 150 words on why you are interested in serving, your relevant experience, etc. Please copy the Board on your email to Nova (CC: board@kingsgate3and4.com).

All those who submit a nomination by January 30 will be included on the ballot in the online voting system when voting opens in early February. It will also be possible to nominate yourself in person at the Annual Meeting and make an oral statement, but those who vote online would not have had an opportunity to learn about or vote for you.
