Kingsgate 3 & 4 Board Elections
Are you looking for a great way to serve your community?
We have three (3) open Board positions available (Officers are selected after being voted onto HOA Board)
Two (2) positions are up for re-election and One (1) position is vacant
Voting will be done online or by written proxy (votes will be secret and counted by our management company – NOVA Property Management, LLC)
Please watch the attached video and reach out to any board member with questions. We would love to learn more about your interest (or nominate someone else) in joining the Kingsgate 3 & 4 HOA. Board Members are volunteers and serve a three (3) year term. Additional information, instructions and timelines will be included in a mailing that will hit your mailbox later this week.

Seeking 2-3 community participants: Selection Committee for Board Elections
Please consider joining the Selection Committee for Board Elections that happen during the annual meeting in February. Responsibilities include facilitating the board elections in accordance with our governing documents and to seek out people that would be interested in a board position.
