Annual Kingsgate 3 & 4 Steak Fry — This Saturday!

Join us this Saturday, July 18, at 6:00 PM for our Annual Steak Fry at the pool!

This is an adults-only event for residents ages 21 and older. Because this event is limited to Kingsgate 3 & 4 residents, please no outside guests.

The HOA will provide:

• Wine, beer, water, and coffee• Olive Garden salad and breadsticks• Dessert• Plates, napkins, cups, and utensils

Please bring your own steak, meat, or other main dish to cook on the BBQ, along with anything else you may need, such as allergy-friendly sides or a steak knife.

There will be music, plenty of time to catch up with neighbors, and the pool will be open for anyone who would like to swim. We may even finish the evening with another fun—and slightly competitive—game of Flip Cup!

We look forward to seeing everyone this Saturday!
