Peoples Choice votes: 2.45pm

Winners announced: 4.00pm

• Pool will be open from 12pm-8pm

• BYO Drinks, Chairs, Tents and Snacks

• Families welcome

• Contestants must live in Kingsgate 3/4

Categories: Chicken, Beef, Pork, Other Protein and Sides

JUDGING: 10 points for each attribute.

1. Auto Smoker 30 points (Flavor, Doneness and Visual)

2. Manual Smoker 30 points (Flavor Doneness and Visual)

3. Sides 20 points (Flavor and Visual)

4. Sauce 10 points (Flavor)

No cost to enter, Contestants must pay for their own ingredients, winners get bragging rights

Automatic smoker include Traeger type of electric smoker.

Sides do not have to be done in a smoker
