The Annual Steak Fry is Saturday, July 20th, starting at 6:00pm and usually ends rather late. This is an adults only (21+) event for residents of Kingsgate 3 & 4 only; sorry, no guests allowed. This is a great opportunity to see old friends & neighbors, as well as meet new ones! We've had many new people move into the neighborhood and we're excited to welcome them to our community!

The HOA will provide the usual:

• Drinks: wine, beer, water & coffee 
• Sides: Olive Garden salad & Olive Garden breadsticks, as well as a dessert 
• Disposable plates, napkins, cups & utensils

We kindly ask that you bring whatever type of meat/ main dish you want to throw on the BBQ and anything else you may need (allergy friendly sides, steak knives, etc.).

There will be music playing, socializing, and the pool will open for those that want to swim! We often end the night with a fun (and competitive) game of Flip Cup for anyone interested. 

We hope to see as many people there as possible!
